Payment Orchestration Platform

One API. Every gateway. No single point of failure.

TuplePay sits between your business and the payment gateways you use — intelligently routing payments and disbursements, automatically handling failover, and providing a single unified integration without the need to build and maintain multiple separate gateway integrations.

The Problem

Multi-gateway payments shouldn't be this complicated

Most growing businesses don't stay with a single payment gateway for long. The need for broader coverage, competitive pricing, uptime, and licensing pushes them to work with two, three, or even more providers — each with its own protocols, dashboards, and failure patterns.

01

Fragmented integrations

Every gateway works differently. Each new provider means new setup, new testing, and more details to manage.

All gateways are integrated through TuplePay — one integration connects you to multiple providers.

02

No failover when needed

When a gateway experiences an outage or performance degradation, transactions can be affected without the right failover mechanism in place.

An alternative gateway can automatically take over when the primary gateway experiences an issue.

03

Credentials scattered across different places

Account details and credentials can end up in spreadsheets, shared files, or other places that are difficult to manage.

Credentials are managed centrally and securely, without relying on manual records across multiple locations.

04

Routing without visibility

Without visibility into gateway health and performance, transactions may continue to be routed to the same provider without considering its current condition.

Transactions can be routed dynamically based on gateway conditions and configuration to improve the likelihood of successful processing.

How It Works

Orchestration, Not Just Aggregation

TuplePay does not replace your relationships with each payment gateway — it orchestrates them. Your relationships and agreements with each provider remain in your hands. TuplePay handles the routing, failover, and operational complexity behind the scenes.

Step 01

Connect Your Gateways

Connect the payment gateways you already use as usual. Your relationships and agreements with each provider remain in your hands, while TuplePay handles the complexity of the integrations.

Step 02

Connect Your Credentials Once

Connect each gateway to your TuplePay account once. Sensitive credentials are stored securely and do not need to be exposed during day-to-day operations.

Step 03

Configure Routing per Group

Set the transaction share for each gateway by business unit or group — for example, 50% to Gateway A, 30% to Gateway B, and 20% to Gateway C — and define a backup gateway for each transaction type.

Step 04

Connect Once, Transact Across Multiple Gateways

Send a single request to TuplePay for deposits and withdrawals. The appropriate gateway is selected automatically based on your routing configuration.

Built for Uptime

Infrastructure that anticipates failure — and is ready to handle it

AUTO-FAILOVER

Automatic Failover

When the primary gateway experiences an issue, TuplePay automatically routes the transaction to a backup gateway based on priority before the transaction fails.

NO DUPLICATES

Prevent Duplicate Transactions

Repeated or delayed notifications are automatically handled to prevent duplication, ensuring that slow connections or repeated callbacks do not cause a transaction to be processed more than once.

AUDITABLE

Full Audit Trail

Every step — from routing decisions to settlement — is recorded and traceable for reconciliation and dispute resolution.

ALWAYS-ON

Grow Without Changing Your Integration

Each part of the platform can scale independently as your transaction volume grows — without requiring changes to your existing integration.

Payment Methods

One Integration, More Payment Methods

TuplePay currently supports QRIS for payment acceptance and bank transfers for disbursements through the gateways you connect. Virtual Accounts and e-wallets are part of our upcoming roadmap — using the same integration, so you won't need to change your existing integration when these payment methods become available.
