Your payments always find a way through
You decide roughly how much traffic goes to each gateway. TuplePay handles the rest — sending each transaction where it's most likely to succeed, and trying a backup automatically the moment a gateway has trouble.
A gateway only receives traffic when it's ready:
- It's approved and active on your account
- It supports the payment method being used
- It has enough balance to complete the transaction
- It's currently healthy and responding normally
If a gateway can't complete a transaction
Unsupported or temporarily unavailable
TuplePay simply tries the next best gateway for that transaction.
Not enough balance for a payout
TuplePay moves on to another gateway that can complete it.
Your preferred gateways are all down
Backup gateways take over automatically, in the order you've set.
No gateway can complete it
The transaction is safely stopped and reversed — nothing is left half-done.
Always know exactly what happened to a transaction
Every transaction is tracked from the moment it's created to the moment it's fully settled, with a complete history you can look back on anytime. If something goes wrong partway through, TuplePay automatically cleans it up instead of leaving it stuck.

If something fails along the way
A failed transaction is automatically reversed and cleaned up — any held funds are released, the request is cancelled with the gateway, and your system is notified — so nothing is ever left in limbo.
No duplicate or out-of-order surprises
Late or repeated updates from a gateway are handled safely, so a delayed notification can never overwrite a transaction that already settled.
